Planning a Business Property Upgrade
For commercial work, I’d lean toward a builder or main contractor who has experience with commercial construction, refurbishment and staged projects. A friend dealt with an office upgrade where the tricky part wasn’t one single trade, it was coordinating access, safety, consent items, exterior repairs and the internal fit-out without creating chaos for the people using the building. I came across while reading about Auckland construction companies, and kept it as a reference because their work seems connected with commercial building, fit-outs, recladding, remediation and larger renovation projects.
